Words to Chefs
We have a responsibility to Chefs to grow and produce a product noteworthy for being in your kitchen in the first place. From there, we must have unrivaled quality, peerless flavor and be visually inimitable to land a part on the plate. So that's what we do. Continuously evolving within our own farm, our brand, we are cultivating a distinct awareness for exceptionally grown plants, encouraging life grown into an existence so pure and full of health, we have no limits, other than upholding the integrity of each seed we sow.
Our varietal offering is grown continuously, year round in a climatized indoor grow room, green houses, and high tunnels. We cut to order within 12 hours of delivery, 5 days a week with no shipping or delivery charges. We cut and pack by the oz, half (10”x10”) and full (10”x20”) living flats. We grow specialty seed per Chef request to compliment your menu. Challenges are happily accepted.
Going beyond. A pea shoot is a pea shoot is not at all just a pea shoot. Each seed hosts a spectrum of options and transformation for our ordering Chefs to choose. From color, to height, to leaf shape and flavor, adjusting your particular order to complement slight differences, we can offer you exactly what it is you desire. We will gladly consult with you to set your microgreens and shoots apart from existing expectations. Imparting an inquisitive notion to guests, left with questions….sometimes best unanswered.
Derived from a very powerful place, this small growing company has only just begun. To partner with exceptional talent is an honor, one we are grateful for, and one we seek out with tremendous admiration. Thank you for your time, for reading these words, and for keeping local small farms and farmers with work. Your visions, accomplishments and platforms are not only giving life to the next generation of food lovers, you are also setting higher sustainable standards for specialty artisan growers to become better at what we do.
